Gavin’s Hidden Talent is a children’s picture book about Gavin the giraffe who is new to an animal sanctuary called Safari Land. After being questioned by Zeek the zebra about what he’s good at, Gavin begins to wonder if he even has a talent. He starts to doubt himself but with the help of his new friend Alex, they figure out he actually does have a special hidden talent! At first, Gavin is scared to showcase his new found talent to the world. However, with Alex’s positive attitude and words of encouragement, she helps boost Gavin's confidence. After a successful first performance, Gavin realizes the importance of believing in yourself, going after what you want and being kind while doing it.
